Surrounded by the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites, the ski area of the resort of Arabba lies at the foot of the Marmolada Glacier (3342m), the highest mountain in the region, in exceptionally beautiful scenery. Arabba has kept the simplicity of a typical mountain village with a warm atmosphere, while also providing an extensive range of services: ski and snowboard equipment hire, restaurants, ski schools… Each year, in the midst of attractive surroundings, ski lovers are invited to glide down the slopes of this remarkable ski area equipped with around 30 ski lifts and some 60km of pistes. Skiers who love wide open spaces and unspoilt natural surroundings will delight in the 12km ski run from the summit Punta Rocce (3270m) to Malga Ciapela. Together, the combined Serra Ronda resorts offer numerous skiing possibilities that prevent any boredom despite the small size of the skiing area in the actual resort. In fact, Arabba is linked to 12 large ski resorts and to the Dolomites Superski skiing area. And, with the advanced technology of its funicular and shuttle, visitors can access and discover the famous Sella group of mountains, as well as the Marmolada glacier (3342m) or even the nearby Porta Vescova mountain, whose slopes are described by many as the most beautiful in the Dolomites!
